I love exploring authentic local cuisine, especially when it comes to trying traditional dishes made by locals. While the store may not be visually appealing, it exudes an authentic charm that adds to the whole experience. The cafeteria-style setup allows you to choose from a variety of patties and cooked dishes, all of which are delicious and reasonably priced. The stewed chicken dish and the grapefruit jam called Konfiti Chadeque are must-tries, showcasing the rich flavors and warmth of Haitian cuisine.
