Highly satisfied with Pizza by Vito's, whether dining in or getting delivery the service has been excellent and the food has always been hot and awesomely good, the employees are always very courteous and friendly🏆

Here is the fight we had with Pizza by Vito's. NOT to be confused with Vito's Pizza and Subs. Two separate companies. At this time I warn all my friends about this joint simply due to the horrible customer service of what appears to be the management.
Thursday July 2nd my wife ordered lunch. Instead of a $23.00 bill she was handed an $823.00 bill. Since my wife paid with her debit card, the money was the taken directly from our checking account (placed in a pending status and unavailable for use.) The delivery driver called the store and the woman on the other end denied the overcharge. The driver told her to check the bill again. She did and said she would refund the money. My wife asked how long it would be before the money was back in our account and the woman on the phone said 24 hours. The driver returned to my wife's work a short time later with 2 new receipts. The first a copy of the refund and the second a new charge on our account for the original $23.00. At this point we are into this for $846.00
Saturday morning, July 4th, we had $14.36 in our checking account due to this mistake. I am concerned with two things right now:
1. How do I feed my family?
2. Some of our bills are auto debit so I am concerned about incurring overdraft fees if one of these bills processes.
I called Pizza by Vito's and spoke with a woman about the situation. She was very rude and told me she processed the refund so it is not their problem. I ask her why my wife was told the refund would take 24 hours and it has been 2 days. She raised her voice and said "I said 3-5 business days!" I ask her who is going to pay for any overdrafts fees that occur and she replies "That is up to your bank it is not our problem." I ask her how I am supposed to feed my family on $14.36 for the next several days until the bank processes this request and she hangs up the phone.
A couple of hours later I stop in to try to speak with someone to get a resolution. The woman I spoke with on the phone is the only one in the building. Our exchange was not pleasant and admittedly, I raised my voice a couple times. I asked to speak with a manager and she replied that she was the manager. She then told me she was not even working Thursday. I asked her who was working if it was not her, she would/could not tell me. I tried to get her to understand that because of her/their mistake, we now have almost no money and she is telling me it is not their problem. I ask to speak to the owner and she tells me that he will not answer any phone calls. I ask he again and she says, "He won't answer calls from me." So I ask her where am I to go from here? Do I need to call the news? She gets very angry and yells at me about coming in and threatening her and she is done talking to me. She tells me I come back at 7 to talk to the night manager and then walks away.
July 7th the $823.00 was returned to our account. I have yet to hear an apology.

Their unprofessional, never get the information you give them right. Just all bad. And every deliver driver smells nd look like their appearance is horrible. Pizza dough never completely finish
