After a brief incident with a spider that led to a reordered meal, I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly service, delicious food, and cleanliness of the restaurant, which made the wait worthwhile and left me eager to return.

I went to Culver's drive-thru but had to drive off because of a spider on my car. When I went back inside to reorder, the staff kindly gave us a free scoop of custard. The service was great, the food was tasty, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience. Despite a slight wait, the delicious food and accommodating service made it worth the visit.
