We love ordering from The Farmhouse Exchange and we are never disappointed. The portions are generous, the sandwiches are wonderful, and the desserts are sooooo delicious!! It is so nice to have an outstanding business like The Farmhouse Exchange in Thurmont.

We love your paninis!! They are made to order with fresh ingredients. For the price of the panini, chips and drink, you get the proccesed food from fast food!! Not to mention all of the other baked goods, generous chef salads, fresh meat frozen to go, some local produce....check them out!!
