I have been trying to reach Volt to reschedule my birthday dinner since April due to the pandemic closure, but have had no luck with phone calls or emails. My husband and I have a $200 gift card and were looking forward to our reservations. We have always enjoyed the atmosphere, the affordable happy hour specials, and the exceptional service at Volt. It would be greatly appreciated if we could either reschedule our reservations or receive a refund for our gift card. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
