A new Mexican restaurant has opened in the Galleria shopping center at the Fresno Civic Center, replacing Bobby Salazar's. Intrigued by their chile verde plate, I decided to sample it and found the chile to be mild and tender. The establishment features a small bar area with a flatscreen TV, and complimentary chips and salsa are promptly served upon seating. The chips included some dyed green ones, adding a festive touch, making it a decent option for those in the vicinity looking for Mexican cuisine.
