Discovered this local roaster at the Vineyard farmers market on a Wednesday, where they were selling their beans. Intrigued, I decided to purchase a pound of the 559 roast, recommended to me as ideal for espressos. The price of $19 for a larger bag compared favorably to other roasters. The beans truly elevated the quality of my espresso maker, resulting in perfectly balanced and smooth cappuccinos.
