Wilkins in Selma is known for its iconic "Wilkins man" statue, a beloved landmark in the community. Growing up, my family and I would often visit Wilkins and Fosters Freeze for classic burgers, fries, and soft serve ice cream. During my most recent visit in July 2023, I enjoyed a hot dog and burger from Wilkins, both of which were delicious, served with great customer service in their clean and shaded patio area. If you find yourself in Selma, Wilkins is a must-try for a taste of nostalgic charm and satisfying comfort food.

THIS PLACE IS LEGENDERY. THE BURGERS ARE CRAZY GOOD AND THE BANANA SPLITS ARE GREAT. IVE BEEN TO GOING TO THIS PLACE SINCE AS LONG AS I COULD REMEMBER. CANT WAIT TO HIT THE SPOT WHEN IM IN TOWN.

Tried the cheese burger and it was really bad. The only reason I rated a 4 star was because the fries and the banana splits are addicting.. They always have me going back for more..
