LOVE THIS PLACE and Best of all the Place comes to my work. The number 1 Food Truck in the state. My favorite thing to eat is EVERYTHING I have tried. I have a hard time with picking one dish over another dish for my absolute favorite dish and that says a mouth full within itself because I am from New Orleans. It’s not an easy task to have me eat a Cajun or Creole Cuisine outside of La. without the dish always seeming to lack an ingredient or has been changed to a different type dish in respect to the authentic nature of the ethnic spices and other things that have to be done to make it. TLB Food Trucks ROCK — you guys are Authentic as it gets when it comes to cooking up some of the best Cajun creations in the world that takes me back to a special place on the outer banks of Orleans and Creole spices in my mouth w/ the most tantalizing sauces. You will fall in love with these mobile lunch boxes on wheels and the all women Chefs you are going to find cooking for you In each one of them. I will HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place for your next event or even a luncheon at the workplace. I have never been disappointed with these women in the past few years I have been blessed to have a unit roll out TLB for my workplace. I have not committed to a favorite dish but I think it would be in your best interest to most definitely get the Shrimp P’boy dish, Gumbo, OH OH the Crawfish Étouffée, the Red Beans and Rice w/ Andouille sausage, or even a Muffuletta, or if you are just in the mood for a plain ole burger well if these ladies burgers are anything or everything that you can imagine — plain is not one of them. The burger section of the menu is just plain — no pun intended — yes plain ole AWESOMENESS is what they are doing when creating the best mouth watering burger I have ever eaten in my entire life. I have loved the 3 out of the 12 on the menu that I have eaten but I am still craving the Big Easy Burger with EVERYTHING that comes on it and I have to get a knife and a lot of napkins to eat it but it is still soooo worth it. If you have not tried this place and you absolutely appreciate Chefs that still have the appreciation for the food as you do! Call them today find them out at an event at your neighbor’s party today or tomorrow night for the parent’s birthday dinner or the children’s birthday party either way I would find me one of these Lunch Boxes rolling out or in the nearest location to you. They’ll have your faith and appreciation for the way dishes were meant to be eaten restored again!
