The Cook was a great guy and told me how he got started. We just happened upon it when driving around and am glad that we stopped in. The ribs were outstanding and fell off the bone. All of the meats have a very nice smoked in flavor and the sauce he had was better than most all of the places I have been in Texas. I grew up in Kansas City and it takes quite a bit to impress me with BBQ, but this stop is the best I have had anywhere in the Houston area.
