The homemade tortillas are incredibly soft and fresh, perfectly complementing the rich, smoky flavor from beans cooked in bacon grease and the bold, authentic barbacoa. The surprise burrito, packed generously and bursting with a variety of flavors-including an unexpected touch of fries-is a satisfying feast that keeps me coming back time and again. There are numerous eateries serving surprise burritos on the island, but this particular spot stands out. The homemade tortillas, bacon-infused beans, and flavorful salsa casera set this place apart.
