My boyfriend had built up my anticipation for this hidden culinary treasure, though he cautioned that the staff might not always be the most attentive. Despite some initial confusion over pricing, which turned out to be due to unupdated menu items, the food was undeniably fantastic-those ribs were the best I've had in Texas, and Joe, the owner, made the experience worthwhile with his friendly demeanor and cooking skills.
