I walked into the location in Schererville, IN to order ice cream. It was a Saturday night, so it was really busy. So after I placed my order I could see it get made and once it was made, I watched it sit for about 5-6 on the counter. After that time passed, instead of handing it to me, it was given to a guy to put in a small box for 2-3 more minutes. After he figured things out, he handed over to me finally. I knew I didn’t want melted ice cream, so the girl in the picture got extremely upset because she had to make it over. She slammed the old one in the garage, had this furious face, took all of 45 seconds to make me a new one by slamming the ice cream into a cup and slamming the ingredients in as well and handed a reg sized concrete with ice barely in it. She did this in front of a lobby full of customers. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. She does not need to be working with the public with that anger problem.
