El Salto has been a favorite dining spot of mine for years, celebrating birthdays, holidays, and even indulging in some carryout on weekends close to Independence Day. The atmosphere at this restaurant is lively and enjoyable, creating a perfect setting for a Mexican meal. The menu boasts delicious margaritas, responsive service, and standout dishes like the Burrito El Salto, Torta with chorizo, and flavorful queso. Although the 3-taco lunch platter with rice and beans may seem a bit pricey at $17, the overall experience of dining at El Salto is worth every penny for the authentic flavors and inviting ambiance.
