Nostalgic atmosphere, along with the furniture you sit on to the steel chairs and let's not forget the dust bunnies that are Huge and the wall paper.

The owner must have made enough money to do his customers right and up date and clean the place up.

Harvey's need improvements BAD.

This way they can be Awesome. Please, do the City of Hammond a favor, put nice frames on those historical pictures, more importantly CLEAN the place up.

I do not mind catering to the less infortuante people, but everyone deserves to have updated silverware, chairs, tables and new equipment and walls.. Please, I love Harvey's but I can not eat there anymore .
