My first time here and had their buffet everything was great. The service and atmosphere outstanding. I found my new pizza place here at the lake.

I use to love this place. Ordered from them every Friday for years. And they were fast friendly. Buget constraints stopped use from ordering for about a year. Well we decided to splurge one night. And we ordered are usual. Family size pizza two toppings. A spaghetti with meat balls (they had the best in the area), and an order of tomato bread. Well the first shock was the price jump. The second was the decreased portions. And finally the quality was gone. Well after a few months we tried again. This time the just flat out screwed up the order. And it arrived cold, probably because the driver was so stoned when he arrived. He most likely got lost driving the mile from the store to my house. A year later we gave them their last chance. We had family visiting. So we decided we were going to order pizza. We ordered 3 family pizzas. 1 with 2 toppings. 2 with just cheese. And a tomato bred. After waiting 30 minutes for them to call back with a total. After calling back and being put on hold (I can hear the kid talking and joking with a friend.) I hung up and called back. This time I was told my 3 pizzas, and order of tomato bread was going to cost me $89. I told him what he could do with his pizzas. 3 strikes in a row. Your out for good. And sorry. But most of my friends now say the same about Southside pizza of Cedar Lake, Indiana. Haven't found a replacement yet. But am trying another local place tonight. I definitely would not recommend this place to anyone.

After ordering pizza for our guests on the last night if the Hawks game, the pizza came and was all smashed to one side and the toppings were wrong. After calling them, they stated that they would remake the pizza right and redeliver. They said to send the wrong pizza back with the driver. Well, an hour passed, the wrong pizza was taken back from our hungry guests and we all waited for the pizza that never was delivered. Our guests started leaving. We called and the place was now closed by this point. They took our money and never delivered! Cannot believe such poor service. NEVER will order from them again...

cant handle the business phone busy no staff in dinning room shouldnt take 30 minutes to make a beef and sausage combo sandwhich to go
