love this food

This place used to be a favorite of mine until I constantly kept receiving poor customer service. Not only does this establishment allow the employees to keep paying customers on hold for longer than 10 minutes , keep the line busy and then tell the customers they're closing at 10 although the restaurant is said to be closing at 1030, they dont even apologize for the inconvenience or "mix up" .

This place is horrible. Missing food, and they continue to say they put the food into the bag. They are a horrible ripoff. I wish I used a credit card because I would of disputed it on my card. I gave my grandson my food because he never got his and they refused to replace it.
