Sprouts Cafe is a Gastonia, North Carolina restaurant serving garden-fresh wraps, sandwiches and flat-breads.

We’re very vegetarian and vegan friendly but have not forgotten those foodies who love a great burger.

We offer a daily special featuring seasonal items…many grown in the Sprouts Garden. We post the special here and on a sandwich board in the restaurant. We invite you to check the special daily.
