Betty's is the "go to" place for Southern Cooking around this area. You'll find everybody stopping by after church on Sunday or getting a good meal under their belts during the week.
Chicken and dressing is our #1 guide as to whether a Southern restaurant knows what they are doing. Betty meets that requirement -I'd rather have hers than mine and that is saying a lot! Old fashioned goodness can be found in their vegetables, squash casserole is wonderful and their collard greens and cornbread
could be a meal in itself. Never found anything that you can't describe as "Mama Made"........that is if Mama is a reallllly good cook! Iced tea and banana pudding is as good as you'll find anywhere. Can you tell....that's the place we go for good cooking!!! Love it.
