I called into Conyers Ruby Tuesday's to place a to go order. I ordered the : NEW Crab Cake Minis With lettuce,
tomato, and sweet, spicy chile sauce. with soup $11.99 • with salad $12.99 (copied and pasted from the on line menu) They told me that it would be ready in 20 minutes. I drove there and it took about 20 mins to get there. When I arrived I went to the bar and told the bar tender that I had called in an order. He gave me a to go box for my salad. I made my salad and then sat for another 10 minutes while I waited for the crab cakes. When they came there was two about the size of a half dollar. No lettuce or tomato, like the menu says. The bill wasn't $12.99 like the menu says either. It was 16.99 with tax.
Last Christmas I purchased two $50.00 gift cards and I was given a $15.00 bonus card for doing that. Let me just warn anyone who is thinking about buying their gift cards that I was told that the $15.00 is not spend like a gift card (cash) it is actually a coupon. (this is what they told me today when I used it)
I had one of their coupons from the paper for $5.00 off. Because my gift card / bonus card is considered a coupon they would not let me use the $5.00 off coupon. (Can't use two coupons at once)
So in the future save yourself the trouble and just don't purchase the gift cards.
Oh and by the way the NEW salad bar is nothing to brag about.
