My letter to Kayson's:
My wife and I decided to try your restaurant because it's new to the area. I ordered the chicken finger dinner with fries and a long island iced tea, I'm not trying to get a free meal and wish you much success.
But, success will be difficult if the rest of your food is similar to the chicken finger meal. There was more breading than chicken and the fries had some seasoning that smelled awful. I find it disappointing that someone in your management thinks chicken tenders that seem frozen from bag would be good enough to serve in your restaurant. I won't even comment on the fries any more. And please, if you’re going to serve long island iced tea as a special you should have someone tending bar who knows how to make them. I wish you the best, but we won't be back.
