We went to try their much advertised "lobster dinner" at 6 pm only to be told they ran out because the restaurant failed to order more (excuse me, wasn't this your promotion?). Not to mention they would not offer an alternate choice toward their promotional coupon (we asked for a cheaper dinner since the lobster was "out"). The manager (who never visited our table--much less apologized) denied our request---for a cheaper meal---really? Needless to say, we wondered why this restaurant was empty when people were waiting outside at other establishments---now we know why. Save yourself time and money.

Their prices are too high for their portions and the quality of your food. The service was sub par at best as well. Save your money and go to another chain steakhouse.
The atmosphere is ok, there are singing moose heads, etc on the wall, but overall not worth it, even on a "lunch special".
