I have bought from Auntie Laura's many times, but today they should be ashamed of themselves. I paid almost $12.00 for a child's plate. I usually get a dark baked chicken leg. Today I received a drumstick and a short thigh, and it was so small, it looked like a child's plate. This is not acceptable for the amount of money I paid.

Food was pretty good, but service is very poor!!! The wait was much too long!!

Today October the 20th 21 I bought two dinners turkey wing and dressing and pork chops and dressing the pork chops were old my mom is 85 she could not even chew them but she wanted that pork chop her dressing was burnt and you didn't even put gravy on it the yams or dry $35 I spent there today and that's what you serve me you didn't used to be like that and I don't know what happened maybe today was just a bad day but I don't appreciate it that was ridiculous and if I didn't live so far away I would have brought it back I really hope you decide to make good and maybe give my mom another pork chop dinner and my husband another turkey wing dinner with the dressing greens and yams by the way the greens were good thank you and have a good day

The food is good. Not like it use to be back in the day. The wait is horrible. The wait was 3hrs. and the staff is so not friendly

I wish I could give negative review. No food is that good to put up with rude service and long wait. Why does it take 90 minutes to get a plate in drive thru. I could have eaten a 4 course meal at a sit down restaurant in less time.

Order online. I ordered meatloaf green beans and rice with gravy. I got mac n cheese( which I'm. lactose intolerant,bad) white rice with some water down gravy in a cup. Meat loaf was basically two ground beef balls drowned in tomatoe/ketchup sauce with a whole bunch of Oregano mixed in ground beef. All you taste is Oregano. To much oily and buttery foods. High blood pressure at its best. I will stick with King's Southern Delight in Decatur. Thanks Anna Laura!

I have been using Annie Laura's for 16 years. The owners have had changes since the earlier years. Best soul food ever. The prices have gone up ,therefore, I don't eat there as much. I order my side's for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Staff is different and perhaps training on assembly line prep will be of benefit. I use to call to order and now I have to make an extra trip to put a deposit down. Overall, I'll still purchase food.

I order a ham for thanksgiving dinner. They provided me with a very old dried out ham. I gave them back the ham. They agreed to make another and I could pick it up on thanksgiving day. ..We pick the ham up about 11 am..it appeared to be the same ham. .He assured me it was not. When we got the ham home it was indeed the same ham..turned upside down...I took photos of the ham and how I wish I uploaded them.....This soul food restaurant has no integrity, character or soul. People beware....you don't know what's in your food or how it being prepared.

This place has the BEST soulfood in Atlanta and possible in Georgia. Unfortunately, you need to have a lot of time, patience, and forgiveness of poor poor service to enjoy it.

Great food. Terrible and slow service. I waited over an hour just to get a plate in the TO GO line... and the food was already cooked!
