I couldn't give a review in negative numbers. 3 of us walked in, we all ordered at the same time. When the other two of our group got their food, I was told that they were out of chicken. Okay, this could have been told to me a lot earlier. So I order a hamburger, I don't like cheeseburgers, so you know no cheese. I wait and wait. The waitress acted like she was dumber than a rock when we ordered. I am still waiting. So I call out to her if my burger was any where near being ready. She called back to the kitchen, and the cook acted like this was the first she had heard of anything needing to be cooked. The waitress then proceeds to tell me that the "hamburger cooker" her words not mine, was "cooking a little slow today." I have a short fuse when it comes to good service, but a short and meaningful apology usually sets my mind at ease. No apologies came, they were very short with me and would not make eye contact with me the whole time I was there. The waitress finally, 20 min later brings out my burger in a take out plate telling me that they were out of regular plates. By this time I had been gone from work more than 30 min (my alloted time.) I get back to work and go to the back to eat my burger. It was cold, burnt on the outside and still raw on the inside. How in the HECK do you serve raw food to a customer? Moreover, how come if the "hamburger cooker" was slow did the outside get burnt and the inside still be raw? I honestly believe that the kitchen staff is as dumb as the waitstaff. I didn't have to pay for my food, but you know what, if I had paid for it, I would have brought it back and demanded my money back. It was a HORRIBLE experience. I should have guessed by the "B" grade on the door.
