I redeemed a "free" medium two-topping rewards pizza at this location through their app. When I checked my credit card I found I was charged over $16 for this "free" pizza. I called the store and the manager (Shelby) told me to call corporate. I called corporate and was told to call the local store. I called back to the store--Shelby was INCREDIBLY rude and wouldn't credit back the money.
I finally got an email response from someone named Dalton Harp apologizing and saying it was charged in error. He said that someone from the local store would be reaching out to refund the money. No one reached out. I emailed and left voicemails for this person multiple times since then but he won't answer.
I still haven't received a refund or a response. It's been a month...
Horrible, horrible customer service.
