First off, I placed an online order. When I go to pick it up the online price is more than the actual in store price. I asked the manager and was told there was nothing she could do. The order wasn't put in a box, but placed on a small cardboard tray and put in a plastic bag !!! To make matters worse, the food wasn't fresh !!! NEVER AGAIN !!!

Ownership of American Jacks has changed, for the better that is. Currently the store is undergoing a revamp and it shows. The floors are clean, the bathrooms are spotless! Employees in the kitchen are in better spirits, with being appreciated for their hard work and dedication to their customers.The menu changes are a yummy delight:) I would ask the new store owners to consider adding free WIFI for customers, especially for the truck drivers. Do give this store another look, the new owners are doing a great job in turning around any and all negative lights from the past. Have a wonderful day:)

The manager there is horrible. Her attitude sucks. The food was good. There was one employee there that really made me smile. The store owner there could have had more knowledge.
