I bought chili last night….highly disappointed….tried again tonight…AGAIN ….highly disappointed neither purchase was I able to consume this awfulness…as I assumed the first time was an error, I foolishly indulged again. Obviously it has become regular practice.Wendy’s the ingredients in chili INCLUDE BEEF! please try adding some to your recipe, because honestly if I wanted chunky tomato and onion soup….I would have bought a can from Walmart!

This or something like this has happened to us the last 4 times of eating at this Wendy's. I am not a complainer and would not this time, but it continues to happen over and over. Today, I went by to get supper for the wife and myself. The drive thru was full, so I went in. One lady was in line and several seated. The lady was also having a problem with how long it was taking and no one else in line. By the way she was there for a while before I got there and she left 2 minutes before I got my order which was a few seconds short of being 14 minutes. I noticed because I was in kind of a hurry. I had placed the order, the girl ask if I wanted to make it a medium, I agreed, but when I got my order the fries were a small. I didn't notice right away, like I said I was in kind of a hurry. I had ordered a full-size chicken pecan salad for my wife. When I got it to her, it was a half size and NO PECANS. The pecans are what makes the salad. This is not the first time I have had to wait when no one was in the store or got the wrong stuff in my bag. We have said several times that we would not go back to the store in Americus, but it has really good food, just lousy service. We would really like to see a change in management or something to get it back rolling. We have several people tell us the same thing. I don't know what the answer is, but I don't think we will visit there again. We will when we are in Albany or Macon. Just putting a bug in your ear. Maybe you can do something about it. CWA
