My mother & i drove 50 miles to shop & eat in your city. We saw a DQ & thought "Wonderful". We both ordered a braizer burger, ff & drink. When we received our order the burgers were actually bubbling hot. All of the condiments, pickles, ketchup, etc... was so hot it was bubbly. We asked the counter guy if it had been microwaved & his reply was mmm,mmmmmm, mmmm with a shoulder shrug. In other words "I don't know" was what he was mumbling. He made no offer to correct the problem nor were we allowed or offered to see a manager. we know this food had to have been microwaved for at least 2-3 minutes for it to be so hot we couldn't pick it up, much less eat it. we ended up throwing it away & going to Ducks Trolly which is where we should have gone to begin with. Your food and service were awful and we will not be back. Donna Davis
