Our family went to Johnny's in Dublin last night and everything was great! Service was very accommodating and our food was fresh and perfect. We ordered an array of items from pizza, wings, salads and calzones. We will be back!

I called to place an order and the lady was so rude. I asked for a salad however I wanted it made a certain way some of the topping that came on the salad I did not want and wanted to add some additional toppings (picky I know) So I told her the salad I wanted and said with only ...(my toppings of choice) she rudely replied "so you don't want lettuce" and started laughing. When I arrived I mentioned this to the lady at the register she laughed and said "well you did say only ... (the toppings of my choice)." I have never dealt with people as rude at a restaurant. Needless to say, after that I did not get the salad. I will not pay for people to treat me like that.

I called to cancel delivery of my order only. I still wanted the order. Only wanted to see if I could cancel the delivery because I found out that door dash would be the one delivering my order. For some reason when you order on the johnnys website it has door dash deliver. I prefered to have my son just pick up the order instead. Owner was beyond rude to me. He kept over talking me. He would not let me get a word across. I feel as if he was treating me this way because I am black. I ordered on the website and tried to explain. He kept over talking me and basically in so many words without actually saying it was trying to say I am a liar. He hung up on me and had his wife called back. She was more of a pleasant person. But she also kept telling me I had no order. Then he gets back on the phone because he finds my order but then blamed it on Door Dash even though I never did order from door dash. I ordered on the Johnnys pizza website. He said, "well ms you have to understand it is frustrating because the two systems sometimes has trouble recognizing orders. I assume that was his way of apologizing. This was one or the worst experiences I ever had at this restaurant. He kept saying that he didn't disrespect me and tried to say his calls are recorded but he did disrespect me. He hung up on me, made it seem like I was a liar, kept talking to me condescending, he kept talking over me, he hung up on me. It was all bad.

I stopped by Johnny's pizza to pick up dinner on 10/30/18 at 5:40 PM after a long day of work and a doctor's appointment. I ordered two spaghetti with meatballs meal, Stromboli, a slice of meat deluxe pizza and I ordered a coke while I was waiting for my order. I live an hour away, after stopping several places, I arrived home at approximately 8:00, I realized Indid not have meatballs in my spaghetti. I called Johnny's pizza and I was informed that the manager was at the store picking up items that they had ran out of, well he should have been picking up some meatballs. The employee that answered the phone only took my information, because she said no one was in charge at the time. I received a call from the manager and he wanted to argue with me that I did not order meatballs, like reallly, you are trying to tell me hat I didn't order. Very poor customer service, he said I wasn't charged for the meatballls. They did not give me an itemized receipt; therefore, I don't know what I was charged for, my total was $33.76. I can't believe he wanted to argue with me about meatballs; as a customer I want what I oredered and paid for, I can't help his employee run me up wrong. He states, test it is hard to make a mistake when placing an oreder. What world he live in? Humans make mistakes everyday. He stated, he viewed the video, well, he need to listen and he will hear that I plainly said, meatballs with spaghetti. I am a native of Dublin and I have many family & friends and I will ask them not to eat at Johnny!s Pizza.
