VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS!!!
For the little girl that was at the counter... your customer service was poor.. at best... no smile, no concern, no interaction... you asked your manager to go home in front of customers, coded our order as walkin when it was dine in so when we checked on our order 45 minutes later.. it was in boxes sitting on the rack and was cold... if you are that unhappy with your job or employer, please.find your passion and pursue a job in that area so you can be happy and allow others the opportunity for the dining experience they CHOSE their money to be spent with. I can honestly tell you I will NOT recommend this eating establishment to ANYONE.
As far as the rest of the employees 8 employees sat in the window area standing around talking, on the cell phone and looking right at us with an empty table for 45 minutes....
Did anyone of you ever think to ask..
Are they waiting on their food???
Only after us asking twice if our food was ready did ANY of you move to work...

I know it means NOTHING to you but I chose to spend hard earned money at your establishment and it was poor at best.... by the way... you might want to fix your drink machine AND definitely clean underneath it before the health department comes in and closes you down

Commercial on tv stated medium 1 topping 6.99. Went into location in Hiram GA was not told they didn't honor that promotion. So ask for my money back. When I was in the store I asked for manager. She came out and had to have additional employees hanging around both sides of her. One kid was rolling his eyes and had a smirk on his face. I have never been treated with so much disrespect as I was tonight. I will never order from this location again and will post on Facebook as well. They did not handle the situation professionally and would not provide a way to get in touch with store owner. These kids have a lot of growing up to do and more customer service skills. Most managers would of excepted the special to keep the customer happy.

I ordered 2 pizza online 1 all meat 1 only cheese and they messed up my order then telling me I have to pay again to get my cheese pizza, they mistake and why I have to pay for it I will never order from her again it's my next door neighbor tell me about you guys then look what happened . I will never never never order again from you guys
