Had a terrible experience with some random dude who literally looked like a 35 year old bum get extremely aggressive with my friend because he opened a bag of chips before paying. We were waiting on our sub while the guy was getting even more aggressive (he never said I work for the store just kept repeating I am doing my job) I genuinely thought it was someone harassing my friend for free food since he was literally eating on a bag of Doritos mix and wearing a durag along with normal clothes no name tag or any indicator that he works there so after he forces us in line he keeps pressuring my friend to come to the front and “pay for the chips” again I think this random stranger who no employee has told us he works for them and is being super aggressive with my friend is trying to get free food so I say no we our gonna buy our food and that’s it. I think he eventually understands that I’m confused and finally says he works there I don’t believe him so I ask the cashier and then the cashier is even more aggressive and screams at me saying yeah that’s what I pay him for and this and that? I then try explaining to him the situation and asking why is his random bum of a security guard being so aggressive about $2 chips especially when we were no where near the exit or even trying to go near it since we were ordering a sandwich also he literally ate like 2 chips if that. So the cashier dude screams at me I hand him the two dollars and then I immediately get kicked out of the store while I stand beside my friends waiting on them to pay for their other items after I just gave the cashier the money he was making a scene about. Will never shop their again hope I can talk to the store owner about the disgusting lack of professionalism and insane aggression from both store workers over $2 with no sign that we wanted or were trying to steal and no mention that the bum who was being aggressive worked for the store. Do not shop there the store looks sketchy because the workers are sketchy and rude. Another thing to mention is me and both of my friends were dead sober and keeping to ourselves inside the store. We got snacks ordered a sandwich then this all started.

I created an account just because of how bad I was treated. My friend and I ordered a sandwich to split and some chips to eat in the meantime. Half way through waiting in a 30 minute line they told us to leave because we weren’t paying. (If we weren’t going to pay why would we be waiting in line in the first place). So they forced us to leave as if we were thief's when we were literally in line to pay for our food/snacks. And when we told them that we did indeed order food they forced us out anyway. I will never spend any of my money there ever again. What a horrible place where you wait in line for 20 minutes and then get accused of stealing. (Why would I be waiting in line if I was going to steal)

Love this store and what a convenient it is having like a all-in-one store right in the middle of downtown 💯💪😉 all the employees treat everyone the same with respect treat people as you want to be treated and that's what they do I love this store when wouldn't go anywhere else but here. 💲💪💰 All I want to say is thanks to all the staff for all the hard work that they put in you're definitely noticed and very much appreciated 💞🤩💕💯
