Pizza is almost always undercooked and really skimp on the topping! Takes forever to be delivered

I ordered a large cheese pizza at 6:09 it took an hour to get it delivered. I only live 5mins away. I called and a guy named Zachary answered and said that it would be another 75 minutes. I won't be ordering from here anymore. Thanks papa johns
