Ordered by phone at 4:45 on a Friday . At 6:36 I was still in line waiting with tons of people going before me. All I ordered was chicken tenders and chili cheese fries with slaw. The tenders were dry and chewy ,my slaw was sour and bland and the chili looked like a 3 week old prison meal. Very unimpressed and will not return.

I have tried a lot of different things at Russell’s and have not been dissatisfied with anything. Friendly staff. Food cooked to order always. Prices good too. Best hamburgers around.
