Worse customer service I've ever experienced! I came to this location and ordered 10 wings and specifically said all flats. My total was given to me and I paid. I walked out the store to walk my dog because this location has a trail next to it. I came back 15 mins with being told by the manager additional $2 dollars needed to be charged. I immediately said that should have been added to begin with.I was then greeted with now a total of four employees all in the front being argumentative. I'm a business owner been in business for 11 years never do I change the price after what I honor let alone argue my point.I ask to speak to the manager all four said they was.Still as I'm asking for my refund the employee said it's already done I said no thank and went outside to get my card. As I walked back in I noticed just how nasty the store was no employees had on gloves/mask. So I recommend a few things as a customer and left reminder other clients was in the store and called customer service IMMEDIATELY! They took a report took my ticket number as well the names. Now I'm reporting the business and will be calling to get a Quality Control check because the environment was not clean and all employees need to be replaced immediately! That was a horrible experience and the wrong customer coming in receiving that type of experience that could have went really bad almost could have been a fight because that was the energy! I don’t RECOMMEND this Wing Stop at all go to Popeyes across the street.

Everytime i go here Bryanna always makes me and my family feel so welcomed. Being hearing impaired it's such a challenge for some people to understand. But every time we walk in here Bryanna tries very hard not only to sign with us but she doesn't treat us any different. And as long as she works here we will continue to come back.

One of my favorite places to eat. On some nights their food isn't the best. But they've got this new manager that works there I think her name is Bree, and she is totally awesome. This place is definitely worth giving another shot.
