I was looking forward to eating crab but my visit was terrible. Terrible service and also the food was not so good. I will not be going back. Unfortunately.

The customer service was horrible. The young lady taking our order acted as though we were interrupting her day. She was not friendly. We were not pleased with the food. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

The utter lack of customer service or appreciation, overcharging my card (TWICE, once involving the police) and having to go next door to the Chinese place to buy our drinks because someone at Mr. Crab didn't bother ordering for the restaurant....what's the point in returning? First visit was absolutely fantastic! From then on, it was plastic cutlery and typical Riverdale standards.
