received the worst service!! I ordered a cake 4 days before my birthday. They took my order over the phone, asked what cake I wanted and even what day and time I wanted to pick up. I even called a few days before to confirm my order was in and I was told yes. On the day of my birthday I went to pick up my cake and was told I didn’t have an order. This completely ruined my birthday and management didn’t offer anything for the inconvenience not even a cupcake. They totally ruined my birthday and it’s unacceptable how they didn’t take ownership of their mistake. I was just told they only accept online orders but not once was I told that when calling in. The least they could do is make sure their customers are taken care of. I was just ignored and totally disregarded. Very bad business!! I won’t be going back.
