Food is good no complaints love the ice cream

My mom and I come here every other weekend, and tue food is always good. We love filling up on the fish and shrimp. The sweet tea is always good, and I am addicted to their sugar free cheesecake and dessert bar. Our waitress is always attentive with refills. Never had a bad experience.

We have been meeting here with family groups of up to 20 folks. Last night February 17th was terrible. There were no fresh friend shrimp on the bar. Steaks tasted terrible. Someone asked fro shrimp to be put in low country boil. A member of management said customers were just picking shrimp out. The only thing that was good was the waitresses. They were very attentive.

I decided to go here today to have a meal with my family. We got our table and sat down, i went to make my plate and when I came back one of the employees was sitting in my seat talking to my family. At one point he patted my nephew on the head and was told to stop. He even said some harassing things. At the time I decided to handle the situation calmly so we finished our meal and reported him to the manager. He asked if we knew the man and I said no, that shouldn’t matter because his behavior is unprofessional either way. After I spoke to the manager I over-heard some of the employees saying “if it was a problem then I should have done something right then”. I guess I was supposed to get loud and flip over some of the tables and chairs. We left, but will never eat at this establishment again. DO NOT EAT HERE!

Food was real good and the atmosphere was nice

For the last month every time we go the food and service is getting worse. Last Sunday night , grill wasnt open food was left from lunch. Everything was over cooked. Waitress was on cell phone (actually 3 of them at one time) we didn't get our drinks until we asked then we never got refills until we went to where waitress was and asked. Asked for lids said they were out. Entire visit was awful
