I had the most terrible experience here! It wasn't the food, but the customer service. I do not know about their hiring process, but there is one person there, her name is Natalie. She has made my dining experience one of the worst. Not only was she rude, but she reeked of alcohol and her eyes were very glossy, as if she was high or something. In my opinion, they can garner more business without her.
