We recently decided to try Fiesta after a recommendation from a waiter at another restaurant. Our experience was pleasant, with prompt seating, helpful explanations of the menu, and delicious food. Despite some minor delays due to understaffing, we found the overall experience to be enjoyable and the Mexican cuisine to be the best we've had in Dalton.
