I just had the worst dining experience of my life. I came here with my family on vacation. I ordered the soft taco meal with grilled chicken instead of shredded chicken. The “chef” came out and verbally attacked me in front of my family and the restaurant. She said that I was changing her menu and if it came out and I didn’t like it I would have to pay. I had no problem with that because it was what I wanted. I will never eat here again. The chef had no business coming out yelling at me as a paying customer. She was all over our table yelling. She was rude and that’s no way to treat a customer. Once she realized she was wrong and I was not changing her menu because I simply wanted to substitute grilled chicken for shredded chicken; She didn’t apologize. She made a huge scene. The waiter even apologized for her behavior. I will never eat here again and I will deter everyone I know from this place because of your rude chef!

There are no prices on the drinks so it can get confusing. There is a happy hour which the majority of restaurants in Saint Simons do have. When asking a server for the price of a margarita they do not know. The servers are very pleasant, but on e does need to know the price of a drink they are ordering!

They MUST provide a drink menu! It was not clear which drinks were part of happy hour and which were not. Turned out that our $14.50(!!!!) margaritas were not part of happy hour even though we were told that they were and that ruined a nice meal. The manager was SO rude, refusing to add a discount for happy hour even. A patron cannot make an educated decision about their meal or their drinks without the prices. Our server offered to cover some of the cost, but we wouldn't let him. It's the manager's job to make it right and I see that she has been doing this on a regular basis. This puts the staff in very awkward positions. They moved weeks ago, it's not a new restaurant. The excuse of not having time yet is ridiculous. Eat their food, don't drink their alcohol! Reporting to BBB because it's habitual behavior. Also painfully loud. They need to add something to absorb the sound.
