Would like to share an experience with the Burger King in Waynesboro, Ga. On the 7th of November 2024 I entered the dining area at 8:35 PM and was told I had to use the drive thru because the dining room was closed. The store hours posted are 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM for the dining room. I am a disabled veteran with server hearing loss and cannot order in the drive thru, I could not believe that they would not take my order inside. As I cannot understand the speaker at the drive thru I left. There are many options for a late night meal in Waynesboro and I assure you I will not be using the Burger King at this location again.

The tables are usually nasty, they open and close at random.......and tonight they are closed or not answering the phone........very poor service

I have been to this Burger King three times in the past two months and two of which I got so aggravated from waiting on slow employees to just ring people out ,that we walked out and went across the street to eat at KFC! Today, We were the only people in line and it took 15 minutes to get my food! I watched the cashier walk around the counter and make her self a burger and fries and then walk out! Another employee finally asked if we needed help and I explained that we were waiting on my food and she looked around and no one was even making it for us...This has to be the worst Burger King I have ever eaten at in 40 years, and will never go there again...It is a shame that the employees are so lazy and must think that they are beyond having to wait on paying customers...Even the management was just wondering around without a clue! I am very disapointed that Burger King has let this happen and even though has the best Hamburger on the market, my dealings with this store is over!
