Arbys hasn't even been open that long but, they have managed to disappoint me over and over again. I have been to this location in Monroe twice now that they have been out of roast beef! (you have the meats?) once they were out of meat for Italian subs, twice I have had to go in and get the food I really ordered thru the drive thru. Today after we ordered they let us know they can only except cash because their system was down. I'm only posting this here b/c I can't find a spot on their website to leave a review/comment. I hope whoever owns this franchise makes some changes quick. This was my last attempt to support this restaurant in Monroe
