11/11/2008 - Won't Go Back!
The Bronze Boot has gone down the tubes since Darcy (owner/founder) died. After being a good customer of theirs for many years, we spent our money for the last time there last night. The grilled chicken alfredo had been cooked ahead of time and put on a plate in the refrigerator and then microwaved before serving it. The sauce had a dried surface and the pasta was dried around the edges. And, the pasta was all stuck together in a big glob. The other three people in my party had the steaks that were on special. They were not cooked well done as they had been ordered and they were only luke warm. The mushrooms were ice cold. The waitress microwaved everything and then served them again. The soup was too salty and the salads were many hours old. If I could rate them with negative stars I would. It was horrible food that wouldn’t rank as well as a frozen TV dinner!
