During a recent visit to the Grand Junction area, I discovered Zoup and was impressed by their welcoming staff and the option to sample soups before ordering. I chose the lobster bisque with a salad, which was just the right size, and appreciated the fresh ingredients and friendly service that made the experience memorable despite the chilly atmosphere inside.
