I entered El Primo's with the smell of beans cooking in the air, drawn in by its vibrant yellow and blue exterior. The menu, easy to read without my glasses, offered a comforting selection of familiar Mexican dishes. As I savored my Tamale/Enchilada Combination, accompanied by the watery salsa and a side of Telenovela, I felt a sense of connection to the culture. Despite the warm sour cream and the borderline divey ambiance, I found El Primo's to be a genuine spot worth revisiting for a laid-back experience.
