This ice cream shop in downtown Rockford is a local favorite, offering over 10 flavors and non-dairy options. A summer visit to Rocky's can mean waiting in line, but it's worth it for a classic soft serve dipped in chocolate. The service can be slow due to limited staff, but the creamy treats are perfect for a stroll along the Rockford dam on a warm evening.
