We arrived just before 5 and as we waited for someone"¦anyone to seat us. A woman at the bar said someone would be with us "soon". We waited. An employee came up to the stand next to us and put her back to us as she fiddled with something. No conversation. We waited. Finally a gal asked us to follow her. She went to a high top in the bar, but as seniors we opted for a booth on the main floor. We sat"¦and waited"¦finally a server arrived and took our drink order. I ordered a strawberry mead. Big mistake. No flavor and asked to have it replaced with a coke. We ordered food. My wagyu burger was delish but sadly the grilled cheese and Caesar salads that the rest of the table ordered were flavorless. The lettuce was soaked with watered down dressing and the chicken was burned and salmon was undercooked. The grilled cheese was cold and tasteless. They did offer a free desert to one of us and surprisingly, the apple crisp was very good. As for the restaurant, It's noisy, cold and expensive for what we got. We won't be back and if your not in it for the beer/bar atmosphere, I suggest you save your money and go elsewhere.
