Fuji Yama offers a great mix of sushi and Japanese dishes with fun hibachi shows that keep things lively, and their crab roll with spicy mayo is seriously delicious. The service is usually prompt and friendly, takeout is handled well with good packaging, and the menu has something for everyone-even gluten-free options.

Fuji Yama offers a diverse selection of Japanese cuisine in an elegantly decorated setting, where skilled chefs prepare sushi rolls right in front of you. Despite not being a huge fan of sushi, the crazy crab roll with spicy mayo was an absolute standout and a must-try. The restaurant has been a staple in the East Beltline neighborhood for years, offering hibachi experiences and delicious takeout options, especially the flavorful fried rice.
