For decades, Los Banditos has been my go-to Mexican restaurant in Green Bay, where the welcoming atmosphere and consistently flavorful dishes like the shredded beef chimichanga and cumin-forward salsa make every visit memorable. Although recent changes in staff and slight recipe tweaks have been noticeable, the generous portions, lively bar with fresh strawberry margaritas, and standout items such as the CCQ and cart driver specials still keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.

Los Banditos has been a beloved dining spot for me since childhood, and I cherish every visit, especially enjoying the CCQ and flavorful bean burrito. However, my last experience was slightly disappointing due to changes in the menu and some unfamiliar staff, which left me longing for the consistency I've always loved.
