A unique experience of divine dining out can be found at Machete' restaurant in Greensboro NC. Mary Lou, our special hostess made us feel as if we were her only clients. She was knowledgeable, patient and allowed us to ask as many questions about the menu and its contents. Small frequent plates are brought out from the "in-view" kitchen where the chefs created a masterpiece presentation that tasted as great as it looked. The Spring menu of octopus so soft and savory that it seemed to melt in your mouth. The second added surprise is the bar. Mary Lou explained how all drinks and most of its ingredients were made in house and individually created by their energetic mixologist. You could hear the happy "shaking" of each drink made. Don't miss out on this five star restaurant in Greensboro, NC, and be sure to ask for Mary Lou if you want to enhance an already superb mouth watering experience.
